How Instant Support Works:

1. Enter Session ID provided by technician and click the “Connect” button
2. Type your name and click on “Join Session” 
3. Click the blue “Agree and Download” button on the next screen
4. Open the newly downloaded file to join the remote connection
5. Follow the remaining instructions from the technician
